When customers reply to your WhatsApp outbound campaigns, Meta Cloud API sends real-time webhook notifications directly to your endpoint and replies will appear here automatically.
How to configure in Meta Developer App Dashboard:
- Log in to developers.facebook.com > My Apps > WhatsApp > Configuration.
- Under Webhooks, click Edit.
- Set Callback URL to:
https://your-domain/api/webhook.php - Set Verify Token from your Settings tab and click Verify and Save.
- Subscribe to messages and message_template_status_update.
